Choose the project again with Load Project. If macOS asks for access, approve the selected file. Check that it has not been moved, renamed, or removed.

Quick checks for common issues
A display cannot connect
Confirm that sharing is running and use one of the addresses shown in Stagemonitor. The Mac and display must be on the same local network.
NDI output is not visible
Confirm that NDI output is started and that sender and receiver use the same network and compatible discovery settings.
The timer behaves unexpectedly
Save the project, note the active cue and expiry setting, and record the exact actions that led to the issue.

What to include
- App version and build. Open Stagemonitor → About Stagemonitor in the macOS menu bar.
- Mac and macOS version. Include the Mac model and the version shown in Apple menu → About This Mac.
- Steps and result. Describe what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- Helpful context. Screenshots or a short recording can help. For network issues, mention Wi‑Fi, Ethernet, VPN, or guest Wi‑Fi.
Protect production information.
Project files, screenshots, and recordings may contain cue titles or department notes. Remove confidential or personal information before attaching anything.
